- How much does it cost to post my property on this website?
- You can post six photos and description of your property to PIYUSA.Com for 30 days for $29.99. If you select the "recurring" option on Paypal, you will be charged for each subsequent 30-day period, until cancelled. If you do not select the "recurring" option on Paypal, your posting will be cancelled automatically after 30 days.
- You can post six photos and description of your house to PIYUSA.Com for 90 days for $74.99. If you select the "recurring" option on Paypal, your credit card will be charged $74.99 for each subsequent 90-day period your property is posted to the site, until cancelled. If you do not select the "recurring" option on Paypal, your posting will be cancelled automatically at the end of the 90-day period. You can post six photos and description of your house to PIYUSA.Com until it sells by paying a one-time fee of $129.99. You pay the one time fee of $129.99 and are not charged again.
- Do you charge commission if I sell my property or vehicle using your website?
- PIYUSA.Com does not charge a commission if your vehicle or property is sold via your posting on our website. We provide the means for you to advertise your vehicle or property on the Internet. For this service we charge a flat fee, not commission.
- Is my credit card information stored securely?
- PIYUSA.Com uses Paypal to process credit card payments. Paypal is an industry leader in Internet payment processing and provides excellent security for payment processing. PIYUSA.Com does not obtain or store your credit card information. This is all done by Paypal's secure process.
- How do interested buyers contact me?
- When you submit your vehicle or property photos and description to this website, you decide what form of contact information you provide for buyers. You can choose to provide your telephone number or email address. When interested buyers look at your posting, they see the contact information you have provided.
- Can I get a refund if my posted vehicle or property does not sell?
- Our fees are extraordinarily low and we do not provide refunds if you posting does not generate a sale.
- How quickly can I list my vehicle or property to this site?
- As soon as you sign up and choose the option you want, you can upload your photos and describe your property. When you've done so, simply submit the information and it is posted on the website.
- How many times will I be charged?
- You will be charged for the option you choose. When you sign up, you can select if you want the payment to be recurring or not. For example, if you select the option to post your vehicle for 30 days, you will be charged $12.99. If you select the payment to be recurring, you will be charged $12.99 for each subsequent 30-day term until you cancel your listing. If you do not select recurring, you will not be charged at the beginning of the next 30-day term. Your posting will be removed at the end of the 30 days for which you signed up.
- How many photos can I upload of my property or vehicle?
- Regardless of which option you choose for selling your property or vehicle, you can upload a maximum of six (6) photos.
- Can I edit my posting at a later date?
- Yes. Throughout the posting period you've signed up for, you can change the photos you upload and edit the description as needed.
- Once I sell my property or home, how do I cancel my listing?
- You may cancel an item at any time by logging into the website and selecting the cancel button from the items menu.
